About the position: Take inbound phone calls or emails from business partners regarding questions or concerns as it relates to the business contracts and processes/services offered. Create & submit an internal ticket and assist with the resolution of concerns and update business partners via email or customer service follow up phone call.
Minimum Requirements
Strong communications skill (oral & written)
Must have 2 years of strong customer service or help desk experience
Intermediate computer skills
