A small title company is hiring a Closing Coordinator in Ponte Vedra Beach, 32082. The position is a permanent “Direct Hire” placement offering full time hours. Pay is up to $70,000.00 commensurate with experience.
Benefits: After a standard probationary period (90 days), the applicant will be eligible for a monthly stipend towards health coverage, 2 weeks vacation and more. There is always free parking in front of their building.
About the company: The company is small with 3 employees and offers a friendly environment where everyone is working towards the same goal which is to make sure buyers and sellers experience a smooth closing process.
About the position: Applicants will be setting up new closing files, ordering title searches, clearing up any title discrepancies, preparing preliminary disclosures, preparing final CDs as well as balancing the CDs, coordinating closings and assisting with any post closing requirements.
Minimum Requirements
Must have 3+ years of experience with closing files in a title company
Must have 3+ years of working with closing software
Florida Notary preferred but not required
Being a licensed title agent is preferred but not required
Strong organizational skills
Strong time management skills
Strong communication skills
