About the position: This is a Subrogation Paralegal role. Subrogation legal experience is strongly preferred but not required. We will consider litigation paralegals with plaintiff litigation or insurance defense litigation experience. Duties will include working closely with your team (attorney, legal assistant and legal secretary). This includes preparing legal documents; pleadings, subpoenas, discovery requests, responses, interrogatories and similar. Additionally prepare dispositions, pre-trial investigations, trial preparation, including assistance with preparation of witnesses for deposition and/or trial. Knowledge of federal court CM/ECF system and filings, Summation or Eclipse is strongly preferred but not required.
Minimum Requirements
4+ years of litigation experience
