An established law firm is hiring a Trainer in Tampa, 33602. This is a permanent “Direct Hire” placement offering full time hours + benefits. Starting pay is up to $55,000.00

About the law firm: This is a medium sized law firm with offices nationwide. The firm is HQ in Tampa so you will work closely with the management team helping employment training modules, policy & procedure. The law firm is organized and “tech” savvy.
About the position: This is a trainer role. Applicants should have some experience in corporate training, education or even a teaching type background. Duties will include reviewing and revising training manuals, learning new software programs and teaching to paralegals, attorneys and all new employees. You will educate them on company policy & procedure as part of the onboarding process. The position will also coordinate CLE courses for attorneys and assist in researching module training session information ensuring info being presented is accurate and up to date. Administrative and clerical support as needed. This role reports to the HR / Human Resources Department but will not include HR functions such as recruiting, payroll, accounting, benefit enrollment or onboarding.
Minimum Requirements
2+ years of training experience (can be as a team lead in a law office, HR role, corporate trainer, teacher, professor, etc)
Strong communication skills; verbal & written
Comfortable with public speaking (in a classroom style setting or Zoom)
Preferred skills but not required:
Paralegal or Legal Assistant experience
Paralegal Certificate, Florida Bar Registered Paralegal, NALA, etc.
Education/teaching background
Case Management experience
Any CLE or continuing education training experience
