An established commercial business is hiring a Dispatcher in Tampa, 33619. This is a permanent position offering full time hours. Starting pay is up to $24.00/hr + regular pay increases + benefits.

About the position: This role handles the dispatch routes for approx 15 electrical engineers and technicians. Handle client calls and manage the front reception area along with working internally with various teams (service coordinators, sales dept, and accounting. This role does assist with basic clerical accounting tasks such as invoicing commercial business clients, helping with online purchase orders and working closely with the supply warehouse. The ideal applicant will have experience as a dispatcher, office manager, or service coordinator in a similar type industry: construction, HVAC, plumbing, auto parts, or similar.
Minimum Requirements
5+ years office experience
Basic/clerical accounting skills
Tech savvy; MS Office
Project Management skills
