A personal injury law firm is hiring a Litigation Paralegal in West Palm Beach, 33401. This is a permanent “Direct Hire” position offering a starting salary up to $75,000.00 + benefits.

About the law firm: This is a small family friendly law office with a close-knit group. The managing partners are closely involved in each case and value their paralegals and support staff. Benefits include; Vision (free), Longer term life insurance (free), parking (onsite/free), and a wellness plan.

About the position: Oversee traditional personal injury cases as they relate to auto accidents, slip & fall, wrongful death claims, etc. The litigation paralegal will take over after pre-suit. Prepare complaints & discovery, prepare and file all legal documents with Florida court, manage all calendaring and scheduling for case.

Minimum Requirements
3+ years of litigation experience
No less than 3 years of recent personal injury
Must know how to E-File
