A small law office is hiring a Real Estate Paralegal in downtown West Palm Beach, 33401. The position is a permanent position offering full time hours and pay is up to $38/hour + Benefits after completing a standard 520 hour probationary period.

About the position: We are open to either a Real Estate Paralegal or Residential Title & Escrow Closer. Applicants will take a new sales agreement and run with it. They will order titles, clear title commitments, prepare preliminary disclosures, prepare final CDs, coordinate closings and assist the attorney with post closing duties. The software used for underwriting is Attorney’s Title, The Fund and Double Time for tracking the milestones of the loans.

Minimum Requirements
Must have 5+ years of Florida Title experience
Florida Notary preferred
Strong organizational skills
Strong attention to detail
Title Agent Cert preferred but not required
