A plaintiff law firm is hiring a Litigation Paralegal in Winter park, 32789. This is a permanent “Direct Hire” opportunity. Offering; full time hours, full benefits and starting pay up to $70,000.00

About the law firm: A mid-sized law firm with approximately 50+ employees and 2 offices. This is a plaintiff law firm focused on property and insurance claim disputes. About the position: This role will support 1 attorney and work closely with a legal assistant. The attorney handles only litigation and trial work for 1st party property cases. First party property legal experience is preferred but not required. General civil litigation experience is required. Duties include; receiving file after presuit. Open litigation file, prepare legal documents and assist with filing and calendaring. This is not remote – in office only.
Minimum Requirements
3+ years civil litigation
Strong organizational skills
