In March of 2014 there were more jobs created in Florida then any other state, however, there were also more people searching for jobs so the jobless rate rose.
Florida had a total of 22,900 jobs created with South Florida’s Miami-Dade and Broward counties contributing 5,000 jobs each according to government data released.
