An attorney owned title company is currently seeking an Office Assistant in Miami 33154 (in Bay Harbor Islands). The pay is between $15.00 – $17.00/hr and is based upon office experience. We will consider polished applicants coming from a retail or hospitality background. Training would be provided however pay would start between $15 – 16.00/hr. Applicants with office experience or experience working with a title & escrow (or other real estate related field) can anticipate pay at $17.00/hr This is a very friendly office. The firm has been open and operating for over a decade and has a solid reputation and steady client base. Duties will include handling the day to day “busy work” of this title operation. You will support title processors, title closers and escrow officers in clerical tasks; pulling records, filing, faxing, creating mailing labels, etc. The opportunity to advance into a more challenging (and better paying role) is unlimited here. This role will also function as the back-up receptionist. The ideal applicant will have a strong foundation in customer service skills. A naturally organized person who can handle multiple tasks at once is going to thrive in this atmosphere. Minimum Requirements You must have basic computer skills Comfortable learning/using office equipment (fax, scanner, etc) Applicants must be reliable. Strong attendance is crucial.
